Shipping Policy

Free Domestic Shipping over $300

Same-Day Shipping:
For domestic orders to qualify for same-day shipping, they must be placed by 2 p.m. M.S.T. Any orders placed after this cut-off time will be shipped on the following business day (Monday through Friday). International orders will ship within 1 business day of receipt (Monday - Friday).

Business Days and Transit Time:
Our rates and delivery estimates are based on business days, which are Monday through Friday. Please note that weekends and holidays may extend the transit time for your order. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our control may occur.

International Shipping Terms:
Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Shipping Costs:
We regret to inform you that shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the shipping service has been utilized, these costs cannot be reimbursed.

Signature Requirement:
At the discretion of Didspade, orders with a value exceeding $100 may require a signature upon delivery. This ensures the secure and reliable receipt of your order.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. You may opt of our this service, but please be aware that your order will not be covered if lost, stolen or damaged.


Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.
